Payment
Sophie's emporium accepts payments via card squarespace.
Items will not be dispatched until payment is received.
All prices shown on the website are correct at the time of publication and are all in British Pounds, and include VAT at the current rate.
All prices may be changed without any prior notice.
All the pieces at Sophie's have been described to the best of my knowledge at the time they were listed on the Sophie's emporium website. All sizes are approximate.
Shipment and returns
Postage and packaging to mainland UK is included in the pricing, unless otherwise stated - however for delivery overseas, Scottish highlands, Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands are extra you must contact, Sophie's for shipment costs. See our e-mail address.
Shipment of our items from Sophie's emporium to you. Delivery times given are approximate.
Items advertised are in stock for immediate dispatch, and Sophie's emporium aim to send items within 2-3 working days of receiving your order and payment. This timescale is approximate and is a guide only. Please be aware this does not include the weekend - so an order received Friday will not be sent out until the following Monday.
We reserve the right to refuse to deliver any of our Sophie's emporium products at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from delivery..
Orders placed after 5pm will be dealt with the Next working day.
Orders placed on a weekend, will be dealt with the following Monday.
If your parcel for any reason cannot be delivered because it is the 3rd attempt the courier company will then return this to there local depot where an admin fee will be applied to the parcel to resend out to you - this is payable by yourself and they will contact you via email - it is always advisable to put a work address if you won't be home to receive your order.
Copyright
Copyright is NOT transferable with Sale of goods even if they are originals / artworks. All materials on this website are owned by Sophie's emporium and by using this website you agree that all intellectual property; including but not limited to logos and products, owned by us and cannot be used without prior permission.
Product Description and Specifications
We have made every effort to ensure that the goods displayed on this website conform to the descriptions and photographs. The colours, specifications, dimensions and descriptions of items on the website and emails are quoted as accurately as possible. The colours you see will depend on the resolution of your monitor and we cannot therefore guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will always reflect accurately the colour of the item delivered. We reserve the right from time to time to vary the dimensions, specifications, descriptions and quantities of items displayed on our website without prior notice.
Returns
Original artworks and commissions cannot be returned.

​Prints Only - The buyer is responsible for paying for the cost of return postage.
​Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken
Goods that are received damaged will be refunded or replaced. All we ask is that you email a photograph to us immediately upon receipt with proof of date and time so that we can see the damage and discuss the return, you will have to return the item and we will refund upon receipt.
Please ensure the parcel is packaged adequately to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit, where possible using the original packaging otherwise we may not be able to exchange or refund you. We strongly recommend that you use an insured, registered delivery service and keep the receipt as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned item/s.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched we will refund the full amount including the delivery cost. After dispatch you will need to follow our returns procedures.

Other Items
If you see an item you wish to purchase that is no longer available, get in touch we may have a Giclee print or something similar in the studio.
